This is a perfect example of white people out-white-peopling each other! It’s a battle of who can be the most offbeat. They’re trying to bring some Blackness to the dance moves, but the rhythm just isn’t cooperating! .

Sringeri Jagadguru Shankaracharya inaugurated a unique traditional Golu (Bombe) display, themed “Sri Vidyaranya Samrajya,” arranged near the Sannidhi of Sri Sharadamba as part of the Sharannavaratri Mahotsava. The magnificent display chronicles the divine life, spiritual greatness and extraordinary contributions of the 12th Sringeri Jagadguru Sri Vidyaranya Mahaswamiji, the guiding force behind the establishment of the glorious Vijayanagara Empire and the resurgence of Sanatana Dharma. Through intricate arrangements of traditional dolls and depictions of historical events, the display brings to life the Jagadguru's invaluable role in guiding Harihara and Bukka, establishing the Vijayanagara Empire and preserving the spiritual and cultural heritage of Bharatavarsha. *-*-* Navaratri is celebrated with deep reverence and traditional grandeur across the various branches of Dakshinamnaya Sri Sharada Peetham, Sringeri, throughout Bharat.
