Many are familiar with our work in the community through collaborative wellness events, as well as our mindfulness workshops with youth over the years 🥰

We’ve also had the honor of partnering with organizations such as YALE, Amazon and Achievement First, developing wellness experiences and inspiring us to create multi-week programs designed to support employees in reducing stress, preventing burnout, and restoring balance within the workplace. 💼

In addition to our group offerings, we continue to hold space for individuals through private sessions, as well as curated experiences for families and friends seeking intentional time for connection, healing, and restoration.🌺

While this month marks one year since closing our physical location, it also celebrates our evolution into a mobile wellness provider, allowing us to bring our premium services directly to communities, schools, workplaces, and individuals. 💫
