Peace & Blessings Royalty 👑

Welcome to the beautiful month of May ✨

Allow me to take a moment to reintroduce myself and the heart behind Peace of Royalty Wellness. Swipe to explore the many ways we can support you on your wellness journey 💚

Many are familiar with our work in the community through collaborative wellness events, as well as our mindfulness workshops with youth over the years 🥰

We’ve also had the honor of partnering with organizations such as YALE, Amazon and Achievement First, developing wellness experiences and inspiring us to create multi-week programs designed to support employees in reducing stress, preventing burnout, and restoring balance within the workplace. 💼

In addition to our group offerings, we continue to hold space for individuals through private sessions, as well as curated experiences for families and friends seeking intentional time for connection, healing, and restoration.🌺

While this month marks one year since closing our physical location, it also celebrates our evolution into a mobile wellness provider, allowing us to bring our premium services directly to communities, schools, workplaces, and individuals. 💫

We are deeply grateful for the continued support throughout this journey and we invite you to continue thinking of us when you, your organization, or someone you know is in need of a wellness practitioner. 🧘🏽‍♀️

We are here to support: Your healing. Your journey. Your peace. 🙏🏾

Yesterday, I celebrated my Bearthday, but God has already granted me the greatest blessing I could have ever received… the sacred gift of becoming a mother. 🥹🤎✨

As I reflect on another journey around the sun, my heart is overflowing with love and gratitude. This year, I’m not only celebrating the gift of my own life, but also the precious little life growing within me.

My sweet princess, long before I could hold you in my arms, you were already held in my heart. You are a beautiful reminder that The Most High hears our prayers, knows the desires of our hearts, and blesses us in divine timing. 🙏🏾💫

To be chosen as your mother is an honor I will never take for granted. I pray to be a source of unconditional love, wisdom, protection, and peace as I guide you through this lifetime.🤞🏾

My greatest adventure is no longer just about the woman I am becoming, but the mother I am being called to be.

My answered prayer. My greatest blessing. My little princess. We can’t wait to meet you! 👑🌻🤎

All praises to The Most High Jah. ❤️💛💚 by @peaceofroyalty

Over the past 5 weeks I had the pleasure of partnering with The Lighthouse Program of Bridgeport offering my Mindfulness curriculum at 9 different schools to k-1st (sometimes 2nd and 3rd) graders during their Summer Camp. 💫

It was such a rewarding experience to see the growth of the participants as they learned a variety of breathing exercises, yoga and meditation skills. 🧘🏽‍♀️

We also read motivational books and played mindful games. 🎉

At the end of the 5 weeks I received lots of hugs and high fives from the students and asked when they’d be seeing me again. 🥰

Knowing I’d made an impact on their little lives was truly the best part and a reminder of why I do this work. 🙏🏾

So much gratitude for this time with them. 💚

Why Sovereign Abundance Wellness Festival?

We are living through a powerful moment of awakening. More people are seeking healing, exploring holistic wellness, and recognizing that true abundance begins with well-being.

As we gather near Juneteenth and on the Summer Solstice, we recognize the significance of both moments.

Juneteenth reminds us that freedom is not only political—it is physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. For Black communities especially, prioritizing health and wellness is an act of liberation, self-determination, and collective care.

The Summer Solstice invites us into a season of light, growth, and expansion. It is a reminder that healing is not simply about addressing illness, but about cultivating vitality, joy, connection, and thriving.

Created by Black women healers, practitioners, and wellness entrepreneurs, this festival was designed to bring community together through education, experience, celebration, and access to holistic wellness resources.

Because wellness should be accessible.
Because healing can be joyful.
Because our health is one of our greatest forms of abundance.

Join us as we celebrate healing, freedom, and collective well-being.
