🍌 Ba ba ba... BANANA! 🍌 The minions have officially taken over our house. Comment BANANA and I’ll send you the Minion costumes and all of our favorite tricks or treats 😊👻 That keeps your keyword CTA in the caption itself, so it works even for people who never read past the first lines. The 23-hour follow-up timing and the one-link-per-category setup are both right.

I’m so excited to officially introduce Parratto Performance 🤍 After retiring from diving, I spent a lot of time reflecting on what I wanted this next chapter to look like and where I felt I could make the most meaningful impact. Having spent over 15 years competing at the elite level, including representing Team USA at three Olympic Games and earning an Olympic silver medal, I knew I wanted to find a way to give back to the sport that has given me so much. Sport has shaped so much of who I am, and throughout my career, I came to understand just how significant the mental side of performance truly is. It influences far more than results. It shapes confidence, resilience, self-belief, and, perhaps most importantly, an athlete’s ability to maintain a healthy and sustainable relationship with the sport they love. Athletes spend countless hours developing their physical skills, but they aren’t always taught how to respond after a mistake, manage pressure, rebuild confidence, stay focused, or work through setbacks. That’s why I created Parratto Performance, an online, one-on-one diving mentorship and performance development program designed to support athletes beyond the physical side of sport. Through individualized mentorship, I help divers develop the mental skills, habits, and tools to strengthen their performance, navigate the challenges of competitive diving, and grow both as athletes and individuals. Parratto Performance also includes parent education because an athlete’s support system plays an important role in their experience and development. These sessions provide parents with guidance on communication, competition support, motivation, resilience, recovery, and fostering confidence and independence in their athletes. I’m incredibly excited to take everything I’ve learned throughout my career as an elite athlete and use it to support the next generation of divers and the families behind them! “𝐈𝐓’𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇!” 🔴⚠️ Jamie Carragher 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 Florian Wirtz’s performance against Man City and his overall form since joining Liverpool: “Koumas and Munoz were 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐰𝐨 £𝟏𝟎𝟎𝐦 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬. Now, that can’t be right, it’s just not right.” 💢 “There’s no way Florian Wirtz should be playing ahead of Gravenberch. what Florian Wirtz is giving Liverpool right now is 𝐍𝐎𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐍𝐄𝐀𝐑 𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇.” ‼️ “If you think of the other big teams, Cherki, Bruno Fernandes, Palmer, and Odegaard… they score or assist every game, or look close to doing that. Wirtz never looks like scoring.” “There was absolutely 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐇𝐈𝐌.. He looks really 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥. When he is taking set pieces, it is like he doesn’t have the strength to put it in the middle or to the back post.” 😬 “Wirtz has been here for 55-60 games, it’s a lot and I don’t see it changing. Wirtz where he’s almost nailed on that he plays every week in that No 10 position, 𝐈𝐓 𝐇𝐀𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏”. 🚫
