Nearly two decades of headbanging turned into some of the most metal merch ever. In 2020, Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams shared an X-ray of her neck after years of performing, joking that it showed what nearly two decades of headbanging looked like. The image revealed a loss of the normal curve in her cervical spine, bringing attention to the physical toll that years of energetic performances can take. The image later became a piece of Paramore merch, turning a personal medical scan into an unforgettable piece of rock memorabilia. It’s a very Paramore way to immortalize the band’s high-energy legacy, and a reminder that sometimes the most iconic tour souvenirs have a story behind them. #HayleyWilliams #Paramore #RockMusic #BandMerch #PopCulture

Chicken wing is for eating, not for golf ☺️ 1. It loses distance (cuts down power) When your lead elbow bends, you lose leverage and power, which makes the ball go much shorter. 2. It causes inconsistent contact It changes the swing path, which leads to frequent slices, tops, or fat shots. 3. It increases the risk of injury It puts unnecessary strain and tension on your elbow and shoulder instead of using natural body rotation.
