THE 90s ICON is out now!
Happy Release Day to me! 😉🚀❤️

you don’t need to spend 2 hours in the gym doing 6+ exercises with 4+ sets each to build muscle. more exercises and volume don’t automatically mean more growth !!

I’m currently doing 2 glute-focused workouts + 1 quad-focused workout per week, so 3 exercises with 2–3 sets each is enough for me per workout. if you’re actually training hard and pushing yourself close to failure, you don’t necessarily need much more than that.

prioritize high-quality sets, fuel your muscles, get enough rest (because recovery is where the growth happens) and trust the process 💙
