My sleep has gone to total shit again. I feel out of it and hungover without having had a drink.

I know how I work… I blame myself. I’m not getting life right/doing the right things/attracting the right stuff in/moving out of a negative head space. Sometimes we can’t…for a bit…. And that’s ok.
