Je crois qu’on sous-estime parfois le pouvoir d’un moment de calme.🌿

Girls, hear me out on this one 😂🩷

Beef tongue! I know it might not look the prettiest, but it’s packed with nutrients, surprisingly delicious and so tender when cooked slowly!

I popped mine in the slow cooker for 8 hours (6–8 hours should do), peeled off the skin, sliced it up and fried it until crisp on the outside. Served on buttery mash with homemade onion gravy. Such a comforting dinner! 🤎

I love trying these traditional, forgotten cuts of meat. Nothing going to waste!

Now tell me girls, would you give this a go or is it a definite no? 😂👇
