Stage shots are in 🤓 Super happy with the physique @gingertraining and I brought last weekend! The four months leading up to show were the most exhausting of my life. Between low calories and high cardio I was dead. By the end I was running on absolute E mentally and physically, and there were many early mornings on the treadmill spent reminding myself that it’s a blessing to move my body. Really thankful for this challenge, and the renewed motivation it’s given me. I can do hard things, and I’m more motivated to train than ever. Ready to come back better next year! Special thanks to my posing coaches @_tink_81 @teamgrahams for talking me through my breakdowns lol Very thankful to be surrounded by friends and family for my first show, and second place was pretty dang cool too!! Overall I am just grateful for the opportunity god gave me this summer to better myself and challenge my discipline. It was a good 16 weeks 😁 #ocbbikini #ocb #bikinibodybuilding #bodybuilding #gymgirl

Was hesitant to post these, mostly because I know how easily they could be turned into something else. But then I reminded myself that I’ve never let that bog me down before. I’ve always done what I wanted to do without being bothered by how I might be perceived. So this is just me reminding myself to keep doing that 👙👙👙👙👙👙🥰🥰🥰
"When France sneezes, the whole of Europe catches cold" is proving true once again. What started as localized unrest in Paris over rising costs of living and austerity has rapidly triggered domino-effect demonstrations across Belgium, Italy, Greece, and Albania. Fueled by widespread youth-led anger and economic frustration, streets across the continent are echoing the same discontent, proving that borderlines can't stop a shared crisis. #Geopolitics #InternationalRelations #EuropeanUnion #Geostrategy #GlobalNews
