But years later, even the availability of basic facilities like toilets was being questioned in court.
The Samruddhi Mahamarg was designed with rest stops, fuel stations and wayside amenities. Yet when it opened, much of that infrastructure was still not fully operational.
Why does India keep inaugurating infrastructure before it is truly ready?
And when unfinished projects are opened to the public, who bears the cost?
