I’ve never been able to catch Striped bass out of the ocean. Is there a specific area where you guys catch these? Not looking for a spot per say but just a general area

Which beach? looks too calm to be the Atlantic or the Pacific.. I suppose it could be the Atlantic in some locations. Gulf? Naaah
