This is what EmPower does so you know: they only receive your messages, they automatically reply, and then they'll reply to your email. If you drive for them and clients cancel, they'll never pay you a cancellation fee. Even if you've been waiting for 10, 15, or 20 minutes, they steal the cancellations. That's what EmPower does: they steal cancellations from drivers. And they don't refund toll fees either.

This is easily the most unprofessional app i have ever encountered in my entire human being existence. First of all yall don't even have a contact support number how are you running a business like that? Drivers are very unprofessional yall let anybody driving a lemon sign up and drive and the car be damn near broken down the app is trash and so is the service

Yes we need more people to know Empower is here. I had the app on for an hour and didn’t get one ride. I know it’s still new here but hopefully it will pick up.
