I genuinely loved Suno. I spent 30 hours building a library of 140 songs, exploring styles and prompts in ways I hadn't expected. It became a real creative practice. I paid for Pro without hesitation because the product earned it. Then I got locked out. No warning. My library vanished. Support located my account, confirmed everything was intact, and said they were escalating it. That was the last I heard. Weeks of follow-ups, no response, new support thread, no response. Suno kept charging me for Pro while I had free-tier access. The playlist URL eventually stopped working. I still don't know if my library exists. Great product. Zero accountability when something goes wrong.

@SunoAI I'm genuinely disappointed. 6+ emails, weeks of waiting, and still no solution. My account @AadishhRaj is inaccessible even though your support confirmed it exists. I just want access to my own account. Please take this seriously.

I have been waiting for more than a week for my paid subscription to be activated. I renewed my plan on May 24 and upgraded it on May 25, but my account is still showing the free plan with only 50 credits. I've sent multiple emails and payment proofs, but I keep receiving the same automated response: "We appreciate your patience as we get you connected with the team." Can someone please review my case and provide an actual update? @sunomusic

please fix your uploaded audio matches existing work of art this super hyper sensitive copyright detector. There is no point for consumers paying you for just create song by key in prompts. We want to upload our original idea melody or beat to become a more complete song. Is funny when you can't upload even a random humming and state that matches existing works. stupid and scam Suno 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Hello Suno Team, I need help urgently with my account. My Suno account appears to be broken. Every audio file I upload gets flagged with: “Uploaded audio matches existing work of art.” This happens even with original beats I created myself that were never uploaded anywhere online. Now, I’m also having a voice recording issue. When trying to record voice, I get this error: “No processed audio ID in voice-vox-stem response.” I already tried: • Logging out and back in • Different browsers/devices • Different original audio files • Creating new projects/workspaces The issue still persists. Could you please check if my account or backend system is bugged or incorrectly flagged? Thank you.

Hande Yener'in aynı albümünden sorunsuz yüklediğim "Hadi Geçmiş Olsun" isimli eserinde sorun yokken "32 Kısım" isimli eseri mi sorun oluyor? Zafer Peker'in "Hadi Bana Eyvallah" isimli eserine Afro House Remix yapmak istedim. Şarkının kendisini kabul etmedi. Vokali kaldırıp yeniden yükledim, yine kabul etmedi. Bu sefer davulları da kaldırıp yeniden yükledim, yine kabul etmedi. Şarkının tonu ve temposu biraz oynamayı deneyip yeniden yükledim, yine kabul etmedi. Daha ne yapmam lazım? Bu sorun yokken bir şarkı için bu kadar uğraştımı hatırlamıyorum.
