Lots of important elections going on at the moment and I wanted to reflect on a recent one as I’m always running straight into the next thing.
We had a great few days at Southwest TUC conference in Croyde. Highlights included:

1- making the most of the long journey through our lovely part of the world, starting with a visit to a castle/church/pub
2- catching up with all my wonderful comrades meeting a few new ones. Lots of love in the room.
3- a great team to work with running the conference @tradesunioncongress
4- great speakers including from Khalid Sidahmed MENA Solidarity Network, and Trahern Crews Co-founder of BLM and anti ICE activist
5- a good sing-song, including a group tribute to @baigers01 who we miss now she works out east 💕
6- being really proud to be elected as Chair of the region again and feeling the support and encouragement of my comrades ✊❤️
7- great election results for my @pcs_southwest buddies
8- not eating too many biscuits
9- a lovely lunch with @unitesouthwest comrades
10- nip to the beach with my VP to finish a by seeing nice stones and fossils 🙌
