When we pulled up to these gates, my mama looked at me and said, “Are you sure?” …and somehow, I already knew this was exactly where I was supposed to be. ❤️💛
A young girl from Memphis, a city that had a little bit of everything, choosing to come to a small town with barely anything around it… somehow, I still wanted to be here more than ever. And from the moment I stepped on campus, Tuskegee became my second home. 🐯✨.
These years came with highs, lows, lessons, challenges, memories, and so much growth. Through it all, I found myself here. I’m leaving Tuskegee as a stronger woman than the one who first arrived at these gates, and for that I’ll forever be thankful. 🎓
