April Recap — Grateful to close out April with 23 loans totaling $36.62MM.
One deal that stood out — a $2.98MM loan on a $3.795MM purchase. A very complex transaction where we were able to outperform another lender and offer better structure and terms, ultimately getting it across the finish line.
