CAM SKATTEBO GOT PENALIZED FOR RUNNING OVER A DEFENDER.

WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THE #NFL WE ALL GREW UP LOVING AND WATCHING???

😳😳😳

CAM SKATTEBO GOT PENALIZED FOR RUNNING OVER A DEFENDER. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE NFL??? 😭 The league has reached a point where running backs apparently can’t even play physical football without worrying about a flag being thrown. Skattebo is literally doing what he’s supposed to do, running hard, fighting for yards, and making defenders pay for trying to tackle him. That’s the type of football fans grew up loving, and now it’s getting penalized.

The NFL has become so obsessed with controlling physicality that it’s starting to take away from what makes football special. Running backs used to get praised for lowering their shoulders and delivering punishment to defenders. Guys built entire careers around being physical runners, and fans absolutely loved watching them. Now we’re watching players get flagged for bringing that same energy to the field.

At what point does the NFL realize it’s taking things too far? Nobody is saying player safety shouldn’t matter, but there’s a difference between protecting players and taking the physicality out of football. Cam Skattebo plays with the exact toughness and aggression that made this sport so entertaining in the first place. If running over defenders is becoming a problem, then what are we even doing anymore???
