My friend Junior is in Boom Box: Beats and Betrayal, the HBO Max documentary about the fake recording studio the Metropolitan Police set up in Edmonton to groom and entrap teenage boys.
He's given me his first and only interview since the show aired six weeks ago.
We get into the bits the doc didn't have time for, including what's happened to him in the fifteen years since the 2010 raid.
(Spoiler: the men who set him up got medals from the bench. Junior got hospitalised.)
It's the most important thing I've written this year.
