Dieses Ketchup-Blut-Rot ist sieht so süffig u toll aus, gerade im trockenen Gelb u vor dem ganz anderen grüneren Hintergrund. SO eine ausdrucksstarke Feier des irdischen Lebens irgendwie! Ohne Rot geht gar nichts!! :) ♥️

Comment ‘HEART’ and we’ll send you the full conversation. In this special episode of Begin Again, created in partnership with @the_bhf , Davina meets heart attack survivor Louise McGill and cardiologist Dr Rouchelle Sriranjan-Rothwell to explore what every woman should know about heart health. Louise was just 45 when she had a heart attack, despite being considered low risk after a recent health check. Louise shares the symptoms she initially mistook for indigestion, the moment she kissed her young daughters goodbye, and how surviving changed her relationship with life itself. Dr Rouchelle Sriranjan-Rothwell uncovers why cardiovascular disease in women can be misunderstood, the critical connection between menopause and heart health, and how British Heart Foundation funded research is working to detect silent heart disease earlier. This is an emotional, potentially lifesaving conversation about listening to your body, understanding your risk, and learning how to protect your heart. 💚

A fire tore through Limoges City Hall in France today, amid violent clashes following protests over the cost of living. The blaze spread to the roof of the historic building, causing parts of the structure to collapse. Masked individuals reportedly broke into the building and set it on fire. #mwnsport #france #fire
40/52 🗽🚕 Spent another week in NYC and it was one I wish I could relive over and over again. 🥹 Started the week at the Lupus Foundation of America’s Walk to End Lupus Now, where I got to share my story on stage, and also got to talk about my journey live on Good Day New York! 🦋💜 After spending so many years searching for answers, being able to spread awareness and hopefully help others going through something similar means so much to me. We also celebrated our Sutton Button turning ONE!! 🥹🎀 I still can’t believe our baby girl is already a year old and growing into the funniest little girl with the biggest personality. Oh and we finally got to see our first Broadway show and it was genuinely one of the most magical things I’ve ever experienced. No pun intended. 🪄🤣 The rest of the week was spent exploring Manhattan, finding new playgrounds, hanging out with friends, and ordering Blank Street an embarrassing number of times. Like actually at least 12. ☕️ The girls LOVE being in NYC too, which makes it even better! There’s just something about New York that makes even the most ordinary days feel exciting. The walks to get coffee, the sounds of the city, the hustle and bustle, watching the girls take it all in. I could do it every day. Already missing it and counting down the days until we’re back. 😭
