Whatever month you were born in, you’ve loved people who couldn’t stay and outgrown versions of yourself you swore you’d always be. None of it was wasted. Every ending teaches you something about who you are, and every change brings you a little closer to yourself.

I wrote a poetry book ‘Between Heaven & Earth’ and it’s out now. It’s a collection of poems about love, heartbreak, loneliness, inner struggles, healing, and the quiet journey of understanding yourself and life along the way.

If you’d like to read it, comment “book” and I’ll send you the link

I am about to take myself out of my comfort zone again.
For the last few years, life has become a little too predictable.
Time to shake things up a little
But it isn’t easy.
As we get older, it becomes more and more challenging.
Home becomes dependably safe.
I love being with my family and my animals
Strangely as I age, I find myself caught in a loop of routine and familiarity.
It’s comforting in a world of chaos
But I love the thrill of the unknown
The excitement of a new place and a new challenge.
Remember, don’t be a sheep, be the shepherd.
Add life to your days not days to your life
