4 months agoTwo years of Labour: • Tax burden the worst since the 1940s. • Borrowing the highest ever outside national emergencies such as covid and the 2008 financial crisis. • Nearly 1 million young people not in work, education or training. • Welfare spending forecast to exceed income tax receipts for the first time in history. • Mortgage costs remain high and are still increasing. • Energy bills up after a promise to bring them down. Yes, Im aware we have a war going on but what have labour done to make anything better? • Food prices up. • Businesses warning that higher taxes and employment costs are hurting growth. Yet, labour continue to raise taxes again and again for businesses. • Economic growth remains weak. • NHS still under pressure despite promises of reform. People removed from waiting lists to make it seem like the NHS is doing better than it actually is. When in fact labour are just fiddling the figures. • Illegal migration remains a major issue. • Grooming gang cover ups - The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) ordered the third-party data analysis company Courtsdesk to delete its entire archive of magistrates' court records, this included over 25000 grooming gang cases. • Repeated controversies over donations, gifts, lobbying and ministerial conduct. • Questions over transparency, political appointments and influence in government. Starmer is still refusing to release documents related to the mandelson scandal. Labour promised growth, lower bills, better public services, higher standards and a fresh start. When in fact. Its been a total utter shambles.
