Our brave, strong, beautiful girl made her appearance in the world at just 33 weeks old (on her own time as any good diva should 💅) We are utterly besotted ❤️ we are so grateful for our wonderful medical team for getting us both through this safely, and the remarkable NICU staff for all they do, be back soon xx

This is a ONE year transformation that was the result of:

a GLP-1 PLUS seven days a week lifting weights in the gym combined with 20-30 minutes a day on the treadmill …

More specifically, I normally do a daily treadmill workout of speed of 3.6 plus a 12-15 incline for 20 minutes followed by 40-60 minutes of lifting weights. I also added a lot of kettlebell workouts into my daily lifting routine.

No trainer… just me working out alone but I follow amazing and inspiring fitness influencers. I watch their content and save it and study it and learn and implement it.
