Another backflow win from the Promains team 💧
We recently supplied a complete backflow prevention solution, converting a single RPZ to a double RPZ. This project included the Watts 50mm RPZ valve and stainless-steel valves and fittings through to a custom hot-dip galvanised cage, powder coated to match the existing fence.
This install includes: a 50mm RPZ assembly with Y strainer, stainless-steel ball valves, tees, elbows, hex nipples and Riken mechanical adaptors, all built to Watercare specification, plus a custom-built cage sized to suit the layout on site.
Projects like this are a great example of what we do at Promains: end-to-end supply for watermain, plumbing, gas and drainage contractors, with backflow solutions that protect our drinking water and stand up to New Zealand conditions.
