Grind is not intimidating at all!. Everyone makes you feel so welcome! 10/10 definitely worth checking this gym out. So glad we made the switch !

The recovery rooms alone at grind, well at least white marsh justifies the price ticket. Add in all the arsenal equipment and I don’t even see why the price is worth mentioning
