i liked the ending, but it was NOT worth it. And also everything before the ending was.... Something. The pacing was killing me bro

It was a good ending, everything considered. They did their best with what they had, and honestly? It's sweet. The message is amazing, imo: they chose humanity, and really chose it. They loved us so much, they gave us a chance, even if it meant sacrificing themselves, and I kinda love it. It could've been way better, more fleshed out and all that...had we had a full season. But we didn't, and really I don't think they could've come up with something better as a conclusion

Talalay looked at the clusterfucking dumpsterfire that was the last episode of Lost and said “hey what if we do that?” Total party kill, no reward, no second chance, no closure. 6000 years of love and fighting the system only to let that system kill them in the end. And why was God fucking evil? Nah. Fuck that. It was awful. That’s not what we waited years for. I see people saying this is the ending Pratchett would have wanted and I’m like?? Okay but even if that’s true, that doesn’t negate the fact that it was a shit ending. I’m beyond disappointed.
