César is back in Nicaragua this week as a member of the international jury for this year’s @cupofexcellence . Together, they’ll whittle down the 25 finest coffees produced in this harvest which will go up for auction in June. The COE is a keystone event in most producing countries - providing a platform for bringing the absolute best coffees a country has to offer to a global stage.

For us, participating in Nicaragua’s selection is an important contribution to the progress and future of coffee quality in Nicaragua. It’s an honor to be a part of it.
