It’s been a pleasure seeing people get into the Dale-Verse that @terrymatalas has been building in the background. Aside from Terry being one of my favorite people, I’m a massive fan of the way he writes and the worlds he creates. It’s what happens when you put someone in charge who truly loves the material. I’m jazzed that I get to be a part of it and that I get do this type of stuff. It’s as fun as it seems.

We’ve had some off-the-wall conversations about who and what Dale is. Pure creative goofiness. Which is, of course, the only real reason to get into this business.

By the way, the next Dale appearance is already in the can.

Empty the mind... You are here and now. 🧘‍♀️✨

Leave the noise behind,
feel every breath, and just flow.

Breathe in the present and let everything else fade away. 🧘‍♀️✨

It’s LIVE! We’re sharing the system behind the fastest swimmer ever.

I’ve been coaching @cam_mcevoy since his comeback to the sport in 2023. Working alongside Tim and the team at QAS.

A journey from 29th to Olympic Gold… and then breaking a 16 year world record.

One (of many) special things about Cam is his eagerness to share the methods.

For the link to the video comment the word “WATCH” and I’ll send it over to you 🤙
