Now at the final press conference for tonights big game, we wont be covering the game tonight but as a fan, I’ll be at the game!! It’s a busy old room though, hoping that I’ve bagged myself a good position in the room and that I’ll get noticed as the mic makes its way around. #sports #legs #tights #heels #ai
6 REASONS YOU SHOULD TRY THESE 9 MOVEMENTS EVERY MORNING! ❤️💪 I’ve been doing these T’ai Chi/Qi Gong-inspired movements every day for over 130 days now, and the difference I’ve personally experienced has been incredible! Here’s why I think you should give them a go: 🦴 1. IMPROVE YOUR MOBILITY My range of movement has improved massively. I can move more freely, reach places I couldn’t before and my shoulders feel better than they have in years! 💪 2. REDUCE STIFFNESS I used to wake up feeling battered from years of window cleaning and weight training. Now I feel much looser, and my shoulder pain has completely disappeared! ⚡ 3. BOOST YOUR ENERGY Instead of dragging myself into the day, these movements help wake me up. I feel more energised, alert and ready to get going! 🧠 4. IMPROVE YOUR MOOD These 9 minutes are my daily mental reset. I practise gratitude, visualise my goals and focus on starting the day with a positive mindset. ❤️ 5. BUILD A DAILY HABIT This might be the most powerful benefit! Every morning I prove to myself that I can show up. One positive habit can become the foundation for so many others. 💰 6. IT COSTS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! No gym membership. No fancy equipment. Just 9 minutes of your time, almost anywhere! 📘 WANT TO BUILD HABITS THAT ACTUALLY STICK? I’ve put what I’ve learned about building sustainable habits into my Habit Building Ebook, just $19! 👇 Comment “HABITS” and I’ll send you the link to buy it! 🔥 THE 9 MOVES — 60 SECONDS EACH 1️⃣ Lymphatic Hops 2️⃣ Body Waves 3️⃣ Trunk Twists 4️⃣ Arm Waves 5️⃣ Dead Arms 6️⃣ Golf Swings 7️⃣ Marches 8️⃣ Ballet Squats 9️⃣ Horse Stance 9 moves. 9 minutes. JUST MOVE! 🎥 WANT TO FOLLOW ALONG? I’ve uploaded FULL 9-minute workout-with-me versions to YouTube, so you can do every movement alongside me! LINK IN MY BIO! 🔗 Go at your own pace, adapt the movements to suit you and don’t force anything that hurts. 👇 HAVE YOU STARTED THIS ROUTINE YET? If YES, tell me WHAT DAY YOU’RE ON and what benefits you’ve noticed! If NO, what’s stopping you from making today DAY 1? ❤️ SAVE this
