Things I’ve learned (and things I’m still learning) as a girl in her 20s. ➡️🤍

As you guys know, I’ve always found it important to share little reality checks with you. Moments that remind us that we’re all just human, and that there’s no need to compare ourselves to all the beautiful, picture perfect moments we see online.

That’s why I always say “We, as influencers, choose what you get to see.”

And while I share plenty of beautiful, fun and vulnerable moments from my life, there’s also a whole lot you don’t see. The struggles, the messy days, and everything in between.

I grew up in a world of elite sports, where performing and constantly pushing myself to be better came first from a very young age. I also come from a pretty broken family, with a story behind it that most people know nothing about.

Those experiences have shaped me in many ways, and they’re also part of why I’m still in therapy today, working through things from my past (therapy sessions >> always)

I’m sharing this because I think it’s important to remember that there’s always so much more to a person than what you see on the outside.

So today, I wanted to reflect on some of the things I’ve learned, the ways I’ve grown, and the little changes that have made a big difference in my life. And of course, the things I’m still figuring out along the way.

You never truly know someone’s full story, no matter how beautiful their life may look from the outside.

So please, be kind. It costs absolutely nothing, but it can mean so much to someone else.

Sending you lots of love. And please, take a moment today to be a little extra proud of yourself and everything you’ve made it through so far. 🤍

Your hair campaign doesn’t have to be boring. 👀

You’re selling the moment she puts it on.

The confidence.
The attitude.
The movement.
The “yeah… I need this hair” feeling. 🤎

That’s what I wanted to capture with Mina Luxe Hair.

Three looks. One studio. A campaign built around the feeling the hair creates.

With AI, brands can explore different concepts, moods and stories without organizing a new shoot for every idea.

One collection. More creative possibilities.
More ways to keep your marketing fresh.
More reasons for someone to stop and WANT.

BRANDS: Want your product brought to life like this? Comment CAMPAIGN or Send me a DM and let’s discuss your vision. 🤎

#ad Comment “CAR” to get all my mom car organization finds from @advanceautoparts ! 🚙 Order online or through the Advance Auto Parts app, pick up easily at one of their many locations nationwide, and get to stocking that mom car!

Being a mom to FIVE has forced me to operate at an entirely different level. 😂 The logistics, the organization, the SYSTEMS. And the mom car is no exception!

Whether it’s what I drive, how our garage is set up, how I keep my car clean, or what I stock inside it, every decision revolves around my kids and the operational standard I’ve set for our family.

THE CAR: A white Suburban seemed like the obvious choice for our crew. But as someone who takes pride in her cars (especially when I paid for it outright!), I needed a realistic system to keep it clean. Enter: a $30/month unlimited car wash membership. If I’m paying for it, you better believe I’m using it! 😂

THE GARAGE: Our three-car garage works overtime. One bay is my home gym (because I need the energy to keep up with these boys!), and the other two function as our sports headquarters, mudroom, and parking spot for my car.

THE STOCKING: This is where @advanceautoparts comes in 🙌🏻 From organizers to cleaning essentials and all the little things that make life on the road with five boys easier, they’ve got us covered. Stocking the car can feel like a chore or a revolving door of “one more thing,” but when you’re prepared, EVERYONE is much happier! And the kids love it too.. whether they’re helping restock or participating in the system while we’re on the go.

When you’re raising a big family, even your CAR needs a system. And when that system works? One less thing taking up space in your brain. 🙌

Comment CAR and I’ll send you everything I use to keep ours stocked and organized!

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy is on a collision course with President Trump, who is increasingly looking at Kyiv’s battle against Russia primarily through the lens of energy prices ahead of the US midterm elections. Tap the link in bio for more.

You had a baby some time ago, and all you see online is moms who are “locking in”.

So here’s to the mamas who still look a little pregnant. Who don’t have their routine figured out. Who are trying to squeeze a little movement in somewhere between sleep deprivation, daycare bugs, work and everything else that is life.

I see you, and I want you to know that everything you do counts. The minutes you show up count. The days you rest count too. And that little devil on your shoulder telling you that fitting into your old jeans is somehow proof that you’re doing motherhood right? She can shut her little pie hole 🩷

The numbers don't lie. I'm yesterday's flavor. Plenty of new girls out there getting the likes and views. But not this girl. Not anymore. Ah well. It was a good run. Not complaining. Just sharing my experience. Still enjoying this while I can. Love you all. ❤️ 196
