λ B R A H A M λ S A B I

Okay, let’s do this one more time, yea ? For real, this time. This is it. You ready ?

My name is Abraham Asabi. I’m one of Lamar University’s biggest, brightest, and finest ! I was born to immigrant parents who showed me what it means to fight for the right to live, have seen God show up for me in more ways than I could comfortably tell my closest confidants, and have been my villain long enough to become my own hero.

And today, I graduate college with a wrap sheet as long as I am tall:

✅ Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering
✅ Honors College Candidate
✅ Cum Laude Latin Letters
✅ First Generation Student
✅ Minor in Mathematics
✅ Minor in Chemistry
✅ President’s List Recipient
✅ Dean’s List Recipient
✅ Internships with Cheniere, Valero, and PCA
✅ Executive Board Membership in NSBE, AIAA, & LUFC
✅ L. DeWayne Layfield - TSUS Foundation Schol. Recip.
✅ Ralph A. Leaf President’l Schol. in Engineering Recip.
✅ American Midstream Schol. Fund Recip.
✅ Gale Foundation Schol. Fund in Engineering Recip.
✅ $90,000 total in Scholarships and Grants

The sky is my beginning. My limit does not exist. And I’ll prove it !

Until my NEXT title, you can call me:
Abraham Asabi, B.S. ChE 🎓
