VEGAN KAYA BUTTER 🧈 Community recipes Nr. 2 You suggested to try “Kaya butter toast” from Singapore. I didn’t know it before but it’s a sweet coconut jam that’s usually made with eggs but here’s my vegan version! 😋 RECIPE (1 jar, 25min prep time): -200g coconut cream -150g sugar Heat up in a pot until dissolved. -175g silken tofu -1 Tsp starch -a pinch of salt Blend until smooth and add to the pot. Let it simmer on medium heat until thickened. Let it cool down and use like jam, you can keep it in the fridge up to 10 days. - VEGANE KAYA-BUTTER 🧈
Community-Rezepte Nr. 2 Ihr habt vorgeschlagen, „Kaya Butter Toast“ aus Singapur auszuprobieren. Ich kannte das vorher nicht, aber es ist eine süße Kokosmarmelade, die normalerweise mit Eiern gemacht wird – hier kommt meine vegane Version! 😋 REZEPT (1 Glas, 25 Min. Zubereitungszeit):
-200g Kokoscreme
-150g Zucker
In einem Topf erhitzen, bis sich der Zucker aufgelöst hat. -175g Seidentofu
-1 TL Stärke
-eine Prise Salz
Alles glatt pürieren und mit in den Topf geben. Bei mittlerer Hitze köcheln lassen, bis die Masse eindickt. Abkühlen lassen und wie Marmelade verwenden. Im Kühlschrank hält sie sich bis zu 10 Tage.
