Saudi Arabia is aiming for a skyline unlike anything the world has seen. Rise Tower, a proposed skyscraper in northern Riyadh, could reach an extraordinary 2 kilometres into the sky—more than twice the height of Dubai’s 828-metre Burj Khalifa. With construction costs estimated at around $5 billion, the tower would form the centrepiece of Project Rise and its surrounding business district within the wider North Pole masterplan. If completed at its proposed height, it would set a new benchmark for the world’s tallest buildings. The project remains in development, with its final design and completion timeline still to be confirmed. For now, it represents an extraordinary ambition to reshape Riyadh’s skyline. Would you visit an observation deck 2 kilometres above the city? #TheTrillionaireLife #SaudiArabia #Riyadh #RiseTower #Architecture
