During the making of my album Saudade: The Love That Remains I was dealing with a bitter ex that honestly made creating this project feel so heavy at times behind the scenes.

What’s crazy is Pack Light came from that exact moment in my life. After 5 years I finally decided to leave the relationship, pack my bags, and not look back. At the time I was hurt BAD 😭 like genuinely sad and questioning myself every day. leaving somebody you built a whole life around is not easy no matter how toxic it gets.

But looking back now… Leaving was probably the best decision I ever made for myself. It was the beginning of me finding myself again, standing on my worth, and realizing I deserved peace too.

This album really holds pieces of every version of me during that time.. Hurt, angry, confused, healing, growing… All of it.
