A deputy reportedly used AI facial recognition to match a suspect from surveillance footage and a fake Georgia identification to Richardson with 85 percent accuracy, which led to an arrest warrant being issued. __________________ Richardson was later arrested at his home in Charlotte, North Carolina, and says he was held for about one month in one jail before being extradited to Florida, where he spent another two months in custody. __________________ Richardson’s attorney later presented time sheets showing he was working 400 miles away from Florida at the time of the incident.
