Elon Musk has unveiled Tesla’s next-generation Roadster, demonstrating a futuristic electric supercar capable of briefly flying, performing aerial flips, and even driving upside down During the demonstration at SpaceX’s Texas facility, the Roadster used compressed-gas thrusters to leap over vehicles, rotate midair, and land safely. A powerful suction system allowed it to stay attached to an inverted ramp, while Tesla showcased acceleration from 0 to 60 mph in just 0.81 seconds. Tesla also claims a top speed exceeding 230 mph and is targeting production in 2028. An exclusive Rocket variant is planned with additional thrusters, although its extreme capabilities remain experimental and are not approved for public roads. Would you trust a flying Tesla Roadster on the road? Media: tesla #tesla #elonmusk #roadster #technology #innovation
The first performance at @jacobspillow with @yagp was phenomenal. “Fresh Voices in Dance” celebrated such talented dancers and captivating new choreography in the most magical place. The link for Saturday’s live steamed shows at 2 pm EST and 7:30 pm EST is below and in @sylviewin ‘s story. https://stream.jacobspillow.org/yagp?fbclid=PAZnRzaAVAjPhleHRuA2FlbQIxMQBwZG9mAmZkaWQWUQd3sAGVu2QJE2YWFSI9fNjJZjIoZnNydGMGYXBwX2lkDzEyNDAyNDU3NDI4NzQxNAABp_STvrxp7Y-jHpEpFoYScKLvs7Q6lFr0A4yJMOgn-942K1GqO0EZaynYRyUj_aem_m20mUYwHnD5-ueeiclTc_w Thank you to #yagp and Miss Larissa for giving Sylvie Win this opportunity- what a week of classes, rehearsals, and choreography. For a young dancer who so loves learning her art, being challenged, and growing, this is a dream. These are the experiences that have a huge impact on a young dancer’s journey. Sylvie Win’s growth alone and appreciation for all those around her have grown in these days. We are very grateful. The people and organizations that will invest in young artists and truly help them develop can be rare to find. We feel very fortunate. Thank you to @izzy.howard for the new contemporary piece, Je t’ai vue. Thank you to Sylvie Win’s home school of @masterballetacademy ; thank you especially Mr. Slawomir, @irenawozniak , @slawek_wozniak , and @felliperamos_c . Thank you for the constant care and help from @thecatherinepiper . Thank you to @kylan_wright , the best kind of mentor. Thank you to @nikolayworld for all the practice shoes and dance wear. Thank you @littlecorgi_studio for the incredible stage shots. #dance #ballet #fall #choreography
The noodles were different, but this time her reaction was too. Hannah ordered ramen at a new restaurant, expecting the curly noodles she’s familiar with. When it came out they were straight noodles that looked like spaghetti. Not long ago that difference would have been enough for her not to eat it, but this time she acknowledged that it looked different, pointed out the differences, and worked through her discomfort to try it. I can’t tell you how many times she’s ordered something familiar with every intention of eating it, only for an unexpected difference to make it feel wrong. A different noodle shape or a different color broth might seem insignificant to someone else, but for her it would mean going without the meal entirely. This is why “I’m sure you can find something she can eat on the menu” isn’t always that simple with ARFID. Finding something familiar on the menu doesn’t mean it will arrive looking or feeling familiar to her. It’s also why “she’ll eat when she’s hungry” is so frustrating to hear. We’ve watched her skip countless meals even when she was hungry because the food in front of her didn’t feel safe. This time she noticed the differences, talked through what felt uncomfortable, and still gave it a try. Not every meal will look like this, but moments like these show how far she’s come and that’s what matters. @michelledorit @silverlakeramen #ramen #arfid #anxiety #autism
