Today is World Mental Health Day, a little reminder that you don’t have to have everything figured out. it’s okay to feel overwhelmed, to take a break, to have difficult days, and to not be your happiest self all the time. healing isn’t always linear, and progress looks different for everyone. Be gentle with yourself and the people around you. check in on your friends, ask for help when you need it, and remember that simply getting through the day is sometimes more than enough. your mental health matters, today and every day. 💗 #pubity #viral
He didn’t fix the pimple. he didn’t walk the chihuahuas. he didn’t take her meetings. but he did hand her an everyday stick, and honestly? marriage material 🫶😂 Tag the person who’d hand you one ⬇️ Then go stock up 👉 shop at the link in bio
