Shored up the perimeter of the house. Water runoff during big storms can get pretty wild - surprisingly river-like moments! Short lived but moves a lot of sand. Now that we have the concrete pads out there, the reality of rain runoff washing out the sand under them was just a matter of time. The grading and boulders will protect our little casa!
