Honored and grateful to have been recognized as a finalist for the Daniel W. Griffiths Leadership Award by the Greater Merrimack Valley Human Resources Association. Sharing the moment with such respected HR leaders made the experience deeply humbling.
What stayed with me most was the reminder that leadership is not just about results. It is about impact, connection, growth, and the way we elevate others along the way.
