Dear friends, I am writing this message with a heavy heart. I am a mother from Herat, Afghanistan, and my son is seriously ill. Our family is going through an extremely difficult time, and I am reaching out in the hope that kind-hearted people may be able to help. Even accessing the internet to send this message has been difficult for me. I cannot share my son's photo in the comments; otherwise, I would gladly provide it as proof of our situation. I humbly ask anyone who is willing and able to help, no matter how small the contribution, to please consider supporting us. Every act of kindness can make a difference for my son's treatment and well-being. My husband is currently in Iran and is unable to return home.
