If locs aren’t mircolocs. Interlocking will cause damage to the locs. Crochet method would work best for loose hair and more then 3 inches of new growth Stop telling people to interlock locs 🛑

I have had both methods. My hair is suuuuper soft. I’m only 8 months in but….. Palm rolling last a week for me, interlocking lasts way longer. My lady told me i can go 12 weeks. Some of my locks are way looser than others w the interlock, So…. I just do a soft twist on them for neatness in between…. i can’t see my hair thinning out from it because my hair for one is not heavy, very light, low density…. anddddd its just like braids. the longer you wait, the more new growth you have. So, idk…. I may be one of those ppl that have to use BOTH methods for maintenance….does that sound insane?😂😂😂
