LOCTICIANS, WE NEED TO TALK! 👀

Being booked and busy means NOTHING if you’re underpaid, overworked, and burned out!

It’s time to stop normalizing:

🚫 Undercharging for our skills and time.

🚫 Working nonstop without breaks.

🚫 Accepting every service request.

🚫 Sacrificing boundaries to accommodate clients.

🚫 Feeling guilty for running a PROFITABLE business.

Your talent deserves compensation. Your body deserves rest. Your peace deserves protection.

Let’s work SMARTER, not just HARDER! 💚⭐️

Save this reminder and tag a loctician who needs to hear it! 🫶🏾

Wanna save your locs? Watch This✨✨✨

This client sought me out and said “I knew it had to be you and only you to fix my locs” 🥹 I’m always humbled by these experiences. More so, I’m grateful to God for equipping me with the strength and wisdom to handle people and their situations with confidence and compassion. If there’s a way, I’ll find it😌
