And no, lifting weights this way will not make you bulky. It will make you leaner, stronger, and more defined. That toned look comes from muscle, and muscle comes from strength training.

Strength training is one of the most important things we can do for our long term health, especially in our 30s and 40s. After 30, women naturally begin losing muscle mass every decade which slows metabolism, affects bone density, and impacts how we feel day to day. Strength training helps change body composition, protect bones, balance hormones, and keep the metabolism working for us we age.

Here’s what’s included in our program:

• 4 days a week, or 3 if you want to do it Courtney’s way 😂 (the 4th day is metabolic conditioning with yours truly)
