“NAUTI SIREN is the musical love child of producer SUPER DJ DMITRY (DEEE-LITE) and singer/ saxophonist JESSIE EVANS (THE VANISHING, SUBTONIX). The two were introduced through a remix project in 2022, and NAUTI SIREN was born. Produced between Berlin and Brazil, their debut album “RISING” is a kaleidoscope of sound, constantly shifting with beautiful patterns, a genre defying and cosmically incandescent, groove heavy, and heart felt offering, mixing dub, soul, electro, jazz, house, world music, post punk, disco, and other groovy galaxies far beyond. Mystic percussion intersperse with seductive sax and prophetic poetry, laying the backbone for vulnerable yet triumphant dance floor anthems: songs of unity, resilience, and even softer ballads about motherhood. In short “Rising” is an explosive gem and an anti-dote of sort in this time line of division. The beats on this record seem to act like the cosmic needle sewing all our hopes and good intentions together on a dance floor in outer space.”
