😂 Interesting fact:
⠀
No Hard Feelings (2023) — This comedy romance film follows Maddie, a woman on the verge of losing her childhood home, as she takes on an unusual job. She agrees to “date” an introverted 19-year-old named Percy, whose wealthy parents want him to gain experience before college. Maddie soon discovers that the awkward Percy presents an unexpected challenge.
⠀
One interesting production fact is that the plot for No Hard Feelings originated from a real Craigslist ad. This ad was sent to director Gene Stupnitsky, who then developed the story with Jennifer Lawrence in mind for the lead role.
⠀
What makes No Hard Feelings stand out is its blend of humor and heart, exploring themes of unconventional connections and personal growth. It delves into the complexities of navigating adulthood and the surprising ways people can help each other. Its central question is whether an unusual arrangement can lead to genuine understanding and self-discovery for both individuals.
