Masters Worlds at the @arnoldclassic.official

I never really posted about this event after it happened, but getting these pictures from @owens.media brought me right back to it.

Competing at the Arnold is something special. Big stage. Big energy. Some of the strongest Masters athletes in the world. And to be in that mix, at this point in my life, is something I don’t take lightly.

I was proud of how I showed up. I won the overhead medley, battled hard through every event, and proved to myself again that I belong on that stage.

But what stood out just as much was the group of guys I competed against. Everyone wanted to win, no question. But there was also a ton of respect, support, and encouragement between us. That’s one of the coolest parts of this sport. You can be trying to beat the guy next to you and still be fired up watching him succeed.

Grateful for the experience. Grateful for the competition. Grateful I still get to do this.

More work ahead. 💪💪
