Here’s What We Know In the October 15, 2026 episode of Bigg Boss 20, Qazi Touqeer revealed that Ekta Kapoor had offered him the lead rockstar role in Kaisa Yeh Pyaar Hai in 2005. Qazi recalled that he struggled to understand the character and eventually turned down the offer because he had already committed to a film. He also spoke about the media scrutiny he faced following his decision, with reports suggesting that he had rejected Ekta Kapoor for a bigger opportunity. The role later went to Iqbal Khan, who became widely recognised for playing Angad Khanna. Premiering on March 29, 2005, Kaisa Yeh Pyaar Hai was produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under Balaji Telefilms for Sony Entertainment Television. The romantic drama followed rockstar Angad Khanna and Kripa Sharma, played by Neha Bamb, as they navigated love, misunderstandings and heartbreak. Featuring a memorable lead pairing and an emotionally driven storyline, the show became a popular television romance of its time. It ran for 331 episodes before concluding on October 5, 2006. . . . . . . . . . Follow - @tcx.official . . . . . Halle Berry’s ongoing custody battle with ex-husband Olivier Martinez took another emotional turn Monday when their 13-year-old son, Maceo, testified in court about allegations involving his mother. According to Page Six, Maceo spent nearly four hours testifying at Los Angeles Superior Court on October 19, although some reports placed his testimony closer to three hours. Judge Shelley Kaufman cleared the courtroom to protect the teenager’s privacy, keeping his testimony sealed. The atmosphere was reportedly “icy,” with Berry and Martinez exchanging tense looks. Berry arrived alongside her fiancé, Van Hunt, while Martinez attended with Maceo. Martinez’s attorney, Patrick Baghdaserians, defended his client, stating, “Olivier is a great, loving father. He is very caring and only wants the best for his son.” The courtroom showdown follows Martinez’s allegations that Berry ch*ked Maceo during a September 26 disagreement involving virtual reality goggles. He also accused the actress of calling their son “such an idiot” and requested sole custody. On October 1, Martinez obtained a temporary restraining order that restricted Berry’s contact with Maceo. Berry has strongly denied the ab*se allegations and requested that the court restore their previous 50-50 custody arrangement. Her 18-year-old daughter, Nahla Aubry, also defended her mother, saying she was “shocked” by the accusations and had never witnessed Berry mistreat Maceo. Although Berry previously opposed her son testifying, the judge permitted him to address the restraining order allegations. The hearing could continue Tuesday.
