The most exhausting thing isn't the secret.
It's maintaining the appearance that there isn't one.
Shame asks you to manage information, at work, in relationships, and quietly, with God.
Confession, biblically, means to "say the same thing." To agree with what God already sees.
You're not updating Him. You're releasing yourself from the performance.
