57. Three kids. Menopause.
And no, I didn’t get here by starving myself.

These are the 5 things that changed my body after 50:

1️⃣ I started lifting weights.
Muscle is the closest thing we have to a longevity drug.

2️⃣ I prioritized protein.
Not to get skinny. To stay strong.

3️⃣ I fixed my sleep.
Because hormones, hunger, recovery and stress all start there.

4️⃣ I stopped doing endless cardio.
More strength training. More walking. Less punishment.

5️⃣ I learned that stress shows up on your waistline, too. Sometimes the most powerful health habit is saying “no.”

Menopause changed my body.
But it also taught me to work with it instead of against it. And yes, I do take HRT and it works perfectly for me. Lately I started to use Testosterone and it helps me getting my energy level high.

At 57, I’m not trying to look 27. I‘m trying to be strong, healthy, energetic and fully alive.
