Free ride action day before shoulder surgery✔️ Was gonna try and go for Loretta’s this year but ended up tearing my labrum…. Taped it up and tried to ride some days but didn’t feel strong enough to go race pace. All tracks got rained out so I cruised around trails. Blessed to have stayed injury free and healthy until recently 🙏🏼

Glad you at least got to ride the sand pit and some trails before surgery. You’ll be back stronger than before and ripping like your best self sooner than later.💪🏼
