I thought I’d NEVER see a flat stomach again after 3 kids. Here are something things that helped me get rid of my overhang Calorie deficit - reduced calories reduced my belly fat massively (you can’t spot target an area of fat loss, so I lost it everywhere) Core focused exercises - I do core excises to strengthen my core muscles. It’s needed especially after kids! I do things like planks, crunches, reverse crunches (with cables), mountain climbers, Russian twists, leg raises. I also lift weights in general which have massively changed my appearance, so remember to lift weights as a whole, not just core exercises. High protein - I prioritise protein in my diet to help me stay fuller for longer Detox & debloat tablets - these are a massive game changer for me. I bloat easily especially eating carbs so they help keeping bloating down. Be patient- it takes time, but time passes anyway 👏 #fatloss #weightlosstransformation #flatstomach
